“But there are also a lot of people that praised you for being beautiful.” Xiao Zhou quickly took out her phone and showed it to Gu Yuanyuan.

The hot search keywords are: “Lin Shaosi’s princess carry.”

Clicking that keywords would redirect to an entry of the short video forwarded by an ID account number. In the video, one could see Gu Yuanyuan, who was picked up and was ‘princess carried’ by Lin Shaosi, though only showing half of her face.

There were tens of thousands of comments below that particular video. Also, there were some people who took screenshots of Gu Yuanyuan and directly replacing her face with their own. Then, there were even some people who blurred out Gu Yuanyuan’s face in the picture.

“I was at the scene too. Why am I not the one who fell instead of that girl?”

“Although I sympathize with the sister’s sprained foot, I’m really jealous of her. If Brother Si could hold me like that, even if it’s death, it would be worth it.”

“Let go of that girl, and hold me in your arms instead!”

Gu Yuanyuan was quite intrigued by these comments flooding below. She also registered on a Weibo account and decided to stealthily follow Lin Shaosi.

As she browsed through the Weibo, her attention was suddenly caught by a certain comment, saying: [This Lin Shaosi, compared to any other actors, he’s not that handsome, he’s ugly. I mean, how could such a person become an actor? The people must be blind.]

Gu Yuanyuan didn’t say a single word and just held her phone with her both hands. She paid her respects to the keyboard warrior who had no limit to his/her lousy mouth, and just saying whatever he/she wanted.

According to Xiao Zhou’s introduction earlier, Gu Yuanyuan now knew that Lin Shaosi’s upcoming movie was called ‘Deadly Strike’.

After Lin Shaosi made his debut in the entertainment industry, ninety percent of his films we’re all martial arts and action films, but with the only exception of his few earlier films that weren’t that good. However, the films that followed were after that, all became a box office hits. It was widely praised by a lot of people. Hence, he was titled as the Martial Arts Superstar afterward.

The film ‘Deadly Strike’ was similarly a large-scale movie project that greatly involved martial arts. And with the help Director Xu Bai, who was one of the top and the best directors in the industry, at least one-third of Lin Shaosi’s movies that were directed by him all turned into very successful and famous films.

And the casts that were gathered up for this movie called ‘Deadly Strike’ were all terrifyingly impressive. From the main and leading roles up to the supporting roles, from the popular actors to the popular actresses in the industry, he only gathered together the best of the best just for this film.

When she arrived at the setting where the cast and crew were, Gu Yuanyuan was arranged to stay in a room right next to Lin Shaosi. As her feet were not yet fully healed, and also because she didn’t understand many things here, she just decided to obediently stay in her room, and played in Lin Shaosi’s tablet.

For several days in a row, Gu Yuanyuan only saw Lin Shaosi when it’s night time.

Today, the swellings on her feet were almost healed by, now so she took a stroll around the hotel that they’re currently staying in. Then, she made her way to find an ATM machine to see how much money Cheng Zhenhua transferred in her card.

Bewilderment had befallen unto her when she saw the screen on the ATM machine displayed a million yuan. She didn’t expect that Cheng Zhenhua to be quite generous on her. Anyway, one million yuan was enough for her.

With this money on her hand right now, Gu Yuanyuan bought a bunch of things back to her hotel room, but these things were mostly bought for Lin Shaosi.

After he finished sorting out things for this day, Lin Shaosi came back, who was apparently not in the right mood. He seemed to have a bad day.

“Why? What’s wrong?” Gu Yuanyuan stopped her movements.

Lin Shaosi didn’t answer her question, and just swept his eyes over to the sofa. He asked, “What are these things?”

Gu Yuanyuan simply said, “I bought it all for you.”
